Since inception, Aether has raised $1.7 billion in capital commitments across several real assets vehicles. Investors in those vehicles have included pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices and high net worth individuals. Aether has created alignment with its investors through personal commitments by its senior employees in every Aether fund. Vehicles managed by Aether have focused on private investments in real assets globally, including primarily natural resources and infrastructure. Investments in other real assets sectors have been considered selectively, but none of the vehicles managed by Aether have considered investments in commercial or residential real estate.
