Mr. Rhoades is responsible for general business management, client relations and fundraising. Immediately prior to joining Aether Investment Partners in January of 2011, Mr. Rhoades served as a Vice President at Blue River Asset Management, a manager of municipal bond arbitrage hedge funds. During his tenure with Blue River Asset Management, Mr. Rhoades led the firm’s fund marketing and client servicing activities and worked closely with institutional, family office and individual investors. Mr. Rhoades was also responsible for new product structuring including the formation, documentation and launch of several new hedge funds and separately managed accounts.
Prior to Blue River Asset Management, Mr. Rhoades was a Senior Associate at Quellos Group. Mr. Rhoades earned a BA in English and a minor in Spanish from the University of Puget Sound, where he graduated as an Honors Scholar.
