Ms. Federer is responsible for overseeing accounting and financial operations, compliance, and the firm’s operational due diligence program. Immediately prior to joining Aether Investment Partners in September of 2014, Ms. Federer served as a Director responsible for operational due diligence at BlackRock Alternative Advisors (“BAA”). While at BAA, Ms. Federer was responsible for comprehensive operational due diligence reviews of existing and prospective investment managers and their respective service providers, including the evaluation of personnel, systems infrastructure, valuation and compliance policies and procedures and fund offering and legal documentation.
Prior to BAA, Ms. Federer was employed by TLP Trading LLC as an Operations Manager, Grosvenor Capital Management, L.P. as a Finance Associate and Deloitte Tax LLP as a Senior Tax Consultant. Ms. Federer earned a BS in Accounting with minors in Finance and Marketing from Purdue University.
